SALON POLICIES

We love all of our clients at Gab Beauty, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home and comfortable. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. NO REFUNDS

We aim to exceed your expectations with every visit to Gab Beauty. While we do not offer any refunds on services or products, we are happy to make minor adjustments within one week of your appointment if you are unhappy with your hair.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are very important to Gab Beauty. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel you appointment 48 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Gab Beauty.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

LATENESS

Here at Gab Beauty, we have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call to let us know. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the cost for the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Gab Beauty.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, Gab Beauty reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file for 100% of the scheduled service.

Hair Cleanliness

We kindly request that clients arrive at their hair appointment with clean hair. To ensure the best results during your hair appointment, we kindly request that you wash your hair 1-2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. This helps us accurately assess your hairs natural condition and color, ensuring the best possible outcome. Clean hair also allows for more vibrant and long lasting color results. Additionally, it promotes a hygienic environment and saves valuable time during your appointment.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, OR CHILDREN

For the safety and comfort of our guests and sanitation of our salon, Gab Beauty does not allow children, or additional guests without an appointment in the salon.

TRANSPARENCY REGARDING HAIR HISTORY

It is our priority to conduct a thorough consultation before performing any service. Accordingly, it is imperative that each client be upfront and honest about their hair history.

Any damage caused to the hair because of information withheld by the client during the consultation is neither the responsibility of the stylist nor of Gab Beauty

REFUSING SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
